1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StudyMochi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StudyMochi is a web-based academic productivity platform that provides assignment tracking, exam planning, focus timer, study planner, and related tools designed for students. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
StudyMochi Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly at $4.99/month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with StudyMochi Pro, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be submitted through our contact page. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or for subsequent billing cycles.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with StudyMochi are the property of StudyMochi and its creators. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (assignments, notes, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
StudyMochi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
